Eligibility for Return & Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be sent back to us within 10 days of your return request being approved.
Note: Items marked as "Final Sale", innerwear, or accessories may not be eligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of wear or use.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Items returned after the 10-day window.
How to Request a Return & Refund
To start the return & refund process:

Email us at support@sxxl.in with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will verify your request and send you return instructions.

Ship the product to the address provided using a trackable courier service.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description.

We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
